Kisumu Education & Environment Fund
The Kisumu Education and Environment Fund (K.E.E.F. or the Kisumu Fund) is a 501(c)(3) public charity incorporated in the state of Virginia in the United States. We supports small-scale social development projects in Kisumu (Kenya's 3rd largest urban area) with a focus on education, housing, and food security for orphans and less fortunate children, along with waste management and other environmental issues in the poorest slums in Kisumu City and County.
The Kisumu Fund strongly believes that every child deserves a quality education, food security, and a safe place to sleep. All children matter, including those in the slums of Kisumu Kenya.
True generosity lies in striving so that these hands – whether of individuals or entire peoples – need be extended less and less in supplication, so that more and more they become human hands which work and, working, transform the world.
